We ship our Duratech products via UPS. If you would like a tracking number just give us a call at 1-800-943-1515.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Chimney Liner Depot will accept returns on undamaged unused items up to 3 days from product delivery. Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Large items that require freight shipping such as stoves will incur a 30% restocking fee. All items received by the customer that are damaged will be handled on a claim-by-claim basis.
All returns must be authorized prior to return shipping.
You will need to contact Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
